    We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 in the U.S.

    Standard - Delivery in 3 to 5 Business Days via FedEx
    Express - Order by Noon ET. Processing begins that same day. Delivery in 2 to 3 Business Days via FedEx
    Priority - Order by Noon ET. Processing begins that same day. Delivery in 1 to 2 Business Days via FedEx


    Please allow 1-2 business days for processing before orders ship from our warehouse.

    Please note we do not ship to freight forwarding address.

  • 2-HOUR LOCAL DELIVERY (BATON ROUGE, METAIRIE, & ST. BERNARD)

    Delivery in 2 hours ($7)

    We offer local 2-hour delivery for a select region within Baton Rouge, Metairie, & St. Bernard.

    Customers in an eligible zip code will be able to ship a subset of our best selling cookies to their home or business within 2 hours. Delivery is carried out by our personal driver and orders must be placed between 10am – 6pm ET Wednesday-Saturday.


    Our delivery region covers zip codes within 10 miles of 70810 (Baton Rouge), 70003 (Metairie), & 70075 (St. Bernard).

  • SHIPMENT TRACKING

    You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail or by logging in to your account on tigerlandcookies.com


    If the carrier’s tracking link for your order is not showing activity or movement for more than 5 business days, please contact our Shipping Assist team to investigate.

  • CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS

    Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.

  • LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

    We know carrier issues and delays can happen. We find that some carriers may scan a package as “Delivered” when it is still out for delivery and will sometimes physically deliver the parcel within the next four business days.


    After 4 business days, if your order is showing as "Delivered” by the carrier, and you have still not located your package, and you have checked the area surrounding your delivery address please contact our Shipping Assist team for assistance.


    Please note, TIGERLAND COOKIES is not liable for missing packages marked delivered. If you believe this was mis-delivered, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly. At this time, we're not currently set up for reshipment orders and require that a new order is placed with the returned funds.
